Booking a Tour
Pre-Tour Questions
Choose the exact room, move-in date, and lease term, then answer quick fit questions.
Select Tour Time
Review the home's current tour availability.
Create an Account
Saves your info so you can tour and save listings.
Provide Your ID
Upload a government-issued photo ID for the tour request. Skipped if we already have a current one.
Confirming a Tour
Submit the Tour Request
Your time is requested first. It is confirmed after an Alcove vendor claims it.
Confirm Prior to Tour
We text and email you the morning of. Confirm at least 1 hour before the start time. Repeated cancellations may lead to a platform ban.
