"I've been living here for almost 5 years and it's been a good experience. The area is quiet, safe, and close to both downtown Cary and downtown Raleigh. Most issues get addressed relatively quickly, and Josh typically doesn't mind if we text him if he doesn't get a portal notification."

"Most issues are addressed quickly, either by using the Alcove portal or by texting Josh directly. If I have to email Alcove support, I typically hear back within 24 hours, unless the office is closed for a holiday. I actually got a response back within the hour the last time I emailed."
