"Overall, it has been a nice experience living at this house. Of course there are things we need to deal with as it usually happens with every house. But, I am glad we have been able to work things out together with my landlord, Alcove and my housemates. I really enjoy living in this property."
About the Landlord
"My landlord tries to keep up with everything that needs to be fixed in the house. However, some times, he or we housemates take longer than usual to respond, Alcove is there to help us resolve the issues sending reminders to him and to us to take action. I found this very helpful."

The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire process, from check-in to check-out, simple and stress-free. The home was quiet, felt safe, and had everything I needed. I'm new to renting in the U.S., so the fact that Alcove set up all my utilities for me was a huge relief. People who are relocating to the area really need this service.
