"Living here has been great! My roommates are good people and very respectful I enjoy living here. The Town house is very nice and clean with working heat and AC. We have Laundry room which is located close to our rooms and the kitchen is beautiful. The neighborhood is very clean and for the most part quiet during the evening and have experienced no crime. We are located close to an abundance of shopping places, getting food and other items are within 10 minutes or less. I have gotten to know a few of the neighbors and they are all very friendly and will say hello and or strike up a conversation. The location includes tennis courts and a community center with lots to do and indoor and outdoor pools, all are maintained very nicely no bad experiences. Our Townhouse is only a few years old, it's like living in a brand new home. The front of our building faces the West so you get a beautiful North Carolina sunset every evening!"
