Some people are OK with this others are not. We have not had any problems because we only have upright character people in our screening for tenants for all our units.
- Also, need to walk around the building to access the front door. This walk includes a slight hill down which some may not like. (See video)
- Furnished or unfurnished (with paid storage) so no need to bring any furniture. (we have bed covers that are washed after each tenant to protect the cleanliness of beds. Of course, you put your sheets on top)
