"Overall a good experience with my first time rental with Alcove. Only issue is having other housemates that will equally share with the upkeep and cleaning in the common areas. I would advise to have this discussion with housemates upfront at the time of entering the house. Housemates need to have respect for one another for late night quiet time. Make sure to have these discussions up front and hold each other accountable to the terms of the lease agreement."
