"Overall it has been solid. Being most affordable was my primary concern when searching for places to stay, so to be able to find a price that allowed me to save some money and have a decent place to stay for some time was a good thing."

"Communication was generally pretty clear. For example, when I first moved in, I inquired about mailbox keys. The landlord responded in a timely manner that he had to get a new set made up and that he would have them dropped off ASAP when they were ready."

"Over all, the experience here was pretty decent. My room was very small and without a closet, so be mindful of storage needs. The downstairs kitchen could have been better equipped with one full sized fridge as well. The location of the house was perfect for my commute needs and the neighborhood was great."
