"This beautiful home has been by far, one of the best unique experiences I have encountered. Just finding this gem took some searching through Alcove and the application process was quick and seamless. Alcove living includes water, sewer and lights in the rent (a real deal not having to await a mailman to deliver the bills). It makes everyday a peace of mind looking forward to coming home from a hectic day."

"Overall, it has been a nice experience living at this house. Of course there are things we need to deal with as it usually happens with every house. But, I am glad we have been able to work things out together with my landlord, Alcove and my housemates. I really enjoy living in this property."

"My landlord tries to keep up with everything that needs to be fixed in the house. However, some times, he or we housemates take longer than usual to respond, Alcove is there to help us resolve the issues sending reminders to him and to us to take action. I found this very helpful."
