It's a brand new townhome. Comes with new refrigerator, washer and dryer. It is in university city area, close to many offices like TIAA, Wells fargo and IBM. Greenway walk way is just a mile away. Close trader's joe and other grocery shops. Surrounded with lot of woods and lovely peaceful area.

As long as you communicate what is going on or have any requests, the landlord will ensure they do whatever they can to assist.

All tickets/requests are handled in a timely manner. The landlord ensures they provide updates so you are in the loop every step of the way.

Whenever an issue arises, I'll reach out to Alcove and directly to the property owner. They are very responsive and ensure the issue is resolved in a timely manner.

We had some issues with the internet and that is no fault of the property owner or Alcove. The company that is used comes out to fix the problem and it works for a while, then the issues start up again. Still unsure of why the issues come back.

The owner of the home is communicative and is always available when something is needed. Alcove is also very attentive when any requests are submitted.

Traffic is minimal outside of commuter hours. Several grocery and food options close by. Right near the highway so getting around town is a breeze. Concord Mills is less than 10 min drive. The other tenants are very friendly and keep to themselves most of the time.

This home is welcoming and comfortable. It's in a nice area with convenient grocery, food, and shopping options close by. I made sure to maintain items such as changing out air filters and fixing items that needed fixing. The neighbors are friendly and generally keep the noise to a minimum.
