There are only 4 available parking space dedicated for the house. The garage can accommodate 2 cars and the same for the driveway.  Please compromise with your fellow tenants about your schedules and parking times to avoid parking on the streets.

Overall I had a peaceful time living here. There were disagreements between tenants at times, but every conflict was quickly resolved. The landlord was very considerate and responsive.

The house is in a really good neighbourhood, with kids playing around the area you always get that homely vibe even away from home. Rooms are clean and Allen himself is a really good landlord, checks everything is in place, in case something needs fixing he is the first person you should text and he will be there asap. The kitchen has a really nice space and it is up to the tenants to keep the common areas clean, I recommend the place 100%.

Walmart is nearby, food stations, restaurants are nearby as well. I recommend the place 100%.

The room I stayed in was nice and cozy space, the roommates were really nice, it was easy to cook in the kitchen, also the kitchen has a dining table which gives you that space to finish your food after you finish cooking. The living area had sofas which was a good aesthic. The garage has enough space for two cars and outside parking is easy as well.

I think respecting your roommates is crucial to any shared living experience, I had good roommates, and overall everything was okay.

It is really easy to communicate with Allen(landlord), he is a nice and friendly person, I found him to be a genuine person who is willing to help as much as he can.

Alcove needs to be more serious in how they handle tickets, my overall experience with Alcove and how my tickets are handled have not been great.
