"I had an excellent experience living at Merrick St. The house was beautiful and just a short drive to downtown Durham. Subbu was a great landlord as well. He was kind, professional, respectful, and made sure the property was well maintained. I would absolutely recommend living here!"

"My overall experience was pleasant. All the equipments were kept in good order and if things broke down they were fixed in a timely manner. The house was very clean and exactly as pictured. It had all the necessities for a comfortable living. Expectations were clear and it was easy to get in contact with the landlord or someone else."
