Just 2 blocks north of the northern edge of Ft. Sam Houston, this neighborhood was part of the post-WWII housing boom. The house has updated electrical, and it has central air conditioning.  The house is a block away from Salado Creek (in the 75 years of this house's history that I know, it has never flooded.)
