I've been living here for almost 5 years and it's been a good experience. The area is quiet, safe, and close to both downtown Cary and downtown Raleigh. Most issues get addressed relatively quickly, and Josh typically doesn't mind if we text him if he doesn't get a portal notification.

The area itself. It's quiet enough that I can sit on the balcony with a cup of tea and a book in the evening or watch the sun rise with a cup of coffee. It's decently close to a bus stop so i can get around Cary/Morrisville/Apex fairly easily (or Raleigh, but those buses operate on a different schedule and cost money) without having to constantly pay high gas prices.

Only thing that really could be better is if there was a gym in the clubhouse, but that's not really a thing Josh or Alcove can solve.

Most issues are addressed quickly, either by using the Alcove portal or by texting Josh directly. If I have to email Alcove support, I typically hear back within 24 hours, unless the office is closed for a holiday. I actually got a response back within the hour the last time I emailed.
